李肇林臺灣大學:資訊工程學研究所謝富溢Jintamalit, PipatPipatJintamalit2010-05-182018-07-052010-05-182018-07-052008U0001-0408200811534000http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/183685在本論文中,所要探討研究的是一種將「訊息」透過「電子郵件」、「微軟即時通訊」以及「簡訊服務」來達成可靠有效傳遞的智慧型通知系統。透過利用這三種不同屬性的訊息傳遞媒介，來充分發揮各媒介所擁有的獨特性質，使得訊息的傳送更為可靠穩定。智慧通知系統透過訊息接收者回應訊息的回饋機制，大幅地提升了通知系統的可靠性，可以更進一步的確保訊息接收者確實地收到每一則訊息通知，而不會有所遺漏錯失，造成嚴重損失。當傳送媒介產生問題或者訊息接收者本身發生問題，而使得訊息無法正確的傳達至接收者時，智慧通知系統將會透過使用者預先設定的條件狀況，改變訊息傳送機制來完成訊息傳遞的目的，以避免訊息的遺失。透過整合這三種不同屬性的訊息傳送媒介，再加上判讀訊息接收者回傳訊息的回饋機制，智慧通知系統將可大幅提升接收者確實獲得通知的可靠性，並且確保訊息不會遺漏的穩定性。The thesis presents a smart notification system which utilizes E-mail, MSN messenger and SMS media to send the notification message to the recipient. These three interactive media have different advantage properties, and are suitable for different message type. The smart notification system provides more message receivability by providing a mechanism to receive a feedback from the recipient to identify that the message is already received by the recipient. If the notification message cannot reach the recipient due to the media problem or the recipient them self is not available, the system will provide the mechanism to reroute an alert message to other recipient as we configured in the configuration.
