2010-04-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/713726摘要:2009年9月16日於馬尼拉舉辦第二屆台菲部長級科技會議,台菲共同決議將於氣象領域加強合作,除於菲國建置15座自動氣象站(AWS),兩國並於亞太經合會APEC共同提出建立亞太經合颱風中心的構想。除此之外,兩國共同決定於2010年4月7日至8日間於菲國馬尼拉舉辦氣候變遷研討會「Climate Change Technical Experts Forum: MECO-TECO Strengthens Partnership in Addressing Climate Change through S&T Cooperation」。 本次會議由國科會陳正宏副主委率團,於2010年4月6日至9日間訪問菲國,並於7日至8日間假馬尼拉Dusit Thani飯店會議廳舉行研討會。會議的議程歷時兩天,由兩國的專家學者分別針對不同主題先發表研究成果,再於第二天8日下午針對氣候觀測、調適策略、減量策略三個議題分別分組討論。 本次會議成果豐碩,三組研究主題規畫透過公開發佈,將做為未來第三次台菲科技合作會議的規劃項目。 <br> Abstract: On the 16th of September 2009 in Manila, Taiwan and the Philippines held the Second Joint Science and Technology Commission Meeting, the two countries decide to enhance the cooperation in meteorology field. In addition to build up 15 automatic weather stations (AWS) in the Philippines, the two countries will jointly propose to establish a typhoon research center in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). Furthermore, Taiwan and the Philippines decided to co-organize a climate change conference in Manila on April 7 to 8, 2010, named “Climate Change Technical Experts Forum: MECO-TECO Strengthens Partnership in Addressing Climate Change through S&T Cooperation”. The Taiwan Delegation was leading by Dr. Cheng-Hong Chen, the Deputy Minister of National Science Council, and the conference was held in Dusit Thani Hotel. The experts from two sides present on different topics, and then divided into three discussion groups for Observation, Monitoring and Scenario Projection, Adaptation Strategies, and Mitigation Strategies issues. The outcome of the conference was fruitful, and the discussion result of those three groups will be the items for the Third Joint Science and Technology Commission Meeting.氣候變遷調適Climate ChangeAdaptation台菲氣候變遷研討會
