2023-04-112024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/654091中醫的歷史已超過多年，然而學習中醫可以了解到自然與人體的關係、人類疾病發生的原因進而提升生活品質。且在亞洲地區，傳統中藥在疾病的預防和治療以及納入日常食品中。近幾十年來，中草藥在西方社會越來越受歡迎。WHO世界衛生組織將於2019年推出第11版全球醫學綱要，並首次將中醫傳統醫學納入其中(WHO traditional medicine strategy: 2014-2023)，並將中醫藥首次納入互補醫學(Complementary and Alternative Medicine; CAM)的一部分。為了將臺灣的中醫藥研究推向國際化，衛生福利部於100年10月成立國際中醫藥學術期刊計畫及英文電子期刊網站，命名為 Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine (eJTCM)。此計畫目的在推動臺灣中醫藥研究，並延伸至國際平台，eJTCM 不僅推動中醫藥學術發展，也將中醫藥延伸至國際研究領域。此期刊目前已發表13卷、52期、651篇文章，退稿率為97%。延攬來自 17 個不同國家的 33 名編輯委員投入期刊審稿及編輯。 eJTCM於110年被 SCI收錄，111年六月獲得SCI第一個影響因子 4.221，五年內期刊內的文章被引用次數達到10,392次，而在CAM領域中為Q1期刊，排名第5名，以上表示團隊十年來為了期刊做了巨大的努力。為有效提升該期刊於國際傳統醫學研究之影響力，吸引更多國際優秀學者投稿，及鼓勵國內學者踴躍發表中醫藥研究成果，推動國內中醫藥學術研究發展，欲辦理國際型學術會議，藉以推廣此期刊，並促進國內外專家學者學術研究互動交流與經驗分享，以更加提升國內中醫藥學術研究之國際地位。本計畫的執行內容重點如下： 1. 舉辦 1 場國際傳統醫藥學術會議，活動內容以發表傳統醫藥研究論文為主，發表論文品質應符合中醫藥國際電子期刊(eJTCM)審稿標準。 2. 此國際會議受邀國際知名演講者至少20 位，國外學者至少 10 位以上。 3. 國際會議期間將同步推廣中醫藥國際電子期刊(eJTCM)，以提升該期刊地位及知名度。 4. 此國際會議出席人數將邀請 100 人以上，與會人員將包含國外專家學者、國內產、官、學界(中醫藥相關學會、團體、學校代表及生物科技公司)，此研討會活動天數為 2.5 天。 5. 於學術論文研討會舉辦之前，成立研討會籌備小組，成員至少須包含中醫、中藥、中醫食療及國際期刊推廣相關專家學者，並至少召開 1 場籌備會議。 6. 此研討會將全程錄影、錄音及進行滿意度問卷調查(含性別分析及統計分析)，並繳交本部錄案存檔。 The history of Traditional Chinese Medicine has more than one thousand years. A better understanding of Chinese medicine can learn the relationship between nature and the human body, human diseases and maintaining quality of life. Especially in Asian countries, traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of use in disease prevention, treatment and also as daily food ingredients. In recent decades, herbal medicine has gained increasing popularity in Western societies. WHO will launch the 11th edition of the Global Medical Compendium in 2019, and will incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine into it for the first timeTraditional Chinese Medicine is classified as a part of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). The Ministry of Health and Welfare established the International Chinese Medicine Journal Project in 2011, named the "Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine(eJTCM)". This project aimed to promote Traditional Chinese Medicine research in Taiwan and to extend to an international platform, eJTCM is not only promoting the academic development of Chinese medicine but also extending the network of international traditional medicine of academic research. This journal (eJTCM) currently has published 13 volumes, 52 issues, and 651 articles with a rejection rate of 97 % (in 2022). We also have recruited 33 editorial board members from 17 different countries. eJTCM was accepted by SCI in 2021and got the first Impact Factor 4.221 in 2022. eJTCM can be also searched in PubMed or SCOPUS data systems. Besides, the publisher of eJTCM has transferred to Elsevier since 2015, the number of citations in this journal has grown exponentially every year. In recent 5 years, the citation number of eJTCM has reached 10,392 and is ranked at the 5thin the "Complementary and Alternative Medicine" field as Q1 journal. It means that we contribute lots of efforts to eJTCM and promote the academic development and research of Chinese medicine all over the world for 10 years. We insist on accepting only high quality manuscripts, improving the reputation and impact in the research field. To achieve another milestone of eJTCM and improve the reputation in the research field of Chinese Medicine, the implementation of this project will focus on: 1. Hold an international symposium on traditional medicine. The main goal of this symposium is to publish research papers on traditional medicine. And it should be accepted for the high quality of the papers following the standards of Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine (eJTCM). 2. Invite at least 20 invited speakers, including at least 10 foreign scholars in this international symposium. 3. Promote the Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine during this international symposium in order to enhance the reputation of the journal. 4.Invite at least 100 persons attending this international symposium within 2.5 days. Participants will include foreign experts, scholars, domestic industry, officials staffs, and academia in Taiwan (traditional Chinese medicine-related associations, scholars and biotechnology companies). 5.Preparatory group of this symposium shall be established, the committee must include at least experts and scholars related to traditional Chinese medicine, international journals, and also have one meeting before the symposium is held. 6.The symposium will be video-recorded, audio-recorded, and a satisfaction survey (including gender analysis and statistical analysis) will be conducted and submitted to Ministry of Health and Welfare.國際學術期刊; 國際學術研討會;中醫;中藥; 中醫食療; 傳統醫學;International Journal; International Symposium; Chinese Medicine; Herbal Medicine; Traditional Medicine; Traditional Chinese Medicine
