2014-02-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/685060摘要:本計畫目的為確認錦鯉疱疹病毒抗原性,發展快速診斷套組,找出檢測病毒最佳時間。以罹病後錦鯉血清與病毒進行蛋白質二維電泳分析,找出能誘發魚體產生免疫反應的抗原,以提供生產抗體時優先抗原之選擇。另外採取田間發病之錦鯉病例,實際測試找出最佳檢測時間及最適宜檢測樣品。預期可縮短錦鯉疱疹病毒診斷時間,避免病毒擴散,提高我國錦鯉外銷品質,增加農民之收入。<br> Abstract: The aim of this project is to realize the antigenicity of koi herpesvirus, to develop a diagnostic kit and to determine the optimal time to detect the virus. First, the antigen reacted with antiserum from fish surviving the outbreak will be defined using the 2-D electrophoresis and Western blot to provide candidates of the antigen used in antibody production. In addition, the samples from the KHV-infected carp during outbreak will be used to find out the optimal detection time and suitable samples for test.
