2019-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/648191摘要:本核心計畫目標為開發微型無線化自主式空氣檢測儀,用以偵測懸浮微粒及多種有害氣體,為目前越發重視的公民環境監測網建立,開發低功耗、高精確度的空氣品質檢測關鍵技術。此一分項計畫將以懸浮微粒分析技術為目標,利用微光柵進行紅外線頻譜分析,期能同步分析懸浮微粒子的濃度與種類,提供完整的懸浮微粒的空污資訊。<br> Abstract: To promote the environmental civic-monitoring program, the main project targets at developing micro-scale autonomous gaseous diagnosis system. The system should have characteristics of low power consumption and high precision to air quality analysis technologies. And it can be used to analyze different kinds of gaseous molecules or particles. To achieve the main theme of the project, in this subproject, we aims to develop a micro-grating fabrication technology for micro-particle diagnosis.
