2014-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678592摘要：OCLC（Online Computer Library Center）創始於1967年，是目前全球最大之非營利國際圖書館合作組織，擁有全世界最大的書目型資料庫WorldCat，超過72,000個圖書館，在170個國家和地區使用。透過各會員館共建共享的理念，提供新取得的館藏館藏訊息及新編書目與其他圖書館共享，降低各館西文原始編目人力與物力成本，並藉此提昇圖書館國際能見度。 教育部自民國96年起同意臺大辦理「我國加入OCLC管理成員館」計畫案，該案已順利執行5年；自民國101年起，為擴大計畫效益，強化與國家圖書館書目資訊中心之NBINet我國中文書目國際化計畫(為期2年)整合，冀望藉由加入OCLC國際性組織以推動本國與國際間書目交換，並透過搜尋引擎的普及性與便利性，讓中文書目持續、擴大曝光，提升我國在國際間之能見度，目前已順利達成中文書目上傳300萬筆的目標。民103年起本計畫將持續推動我國圖書館加入OCLC成員館，節省編目成本，並促成書目合作共享。 本計畫第3年計畫重點為：1.確認103年會員館名單，完成自籌款繳納與付款作業；2.舉辦教育訓練課程，協助各館運用OCLC編目工具及自行上傳原編書目與館藏註記等實務性課程； 3.確立民104年聯盟會員館年費自籌款分攤方式；4.加強會員館與OCLC公司相關業務聯繫及溝通；5.持續我國中文書目國際化等。<br> Abstract: OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) was founded in 1967, and is the world`s largest nonprofit international library cooperative. OCLC’s WorldCat is the largest bibliographic database in the world, and is used by more than 72,000 libraries in 170 countries and regions. Based on the idea of sharing, libraries can reduce the costs of original cataloging, share their bibliographic records with each other through cooperative cataloging, and enhance their international visibility. Approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China in 2007, National Taiwan University has successfully executed the “Taiwan OCLC Governing Members Consortium” project for five years. Starting in 2012, in order to expand the benefits of this project, NTU strengthened its collaborations with the Bibliographic Information Center of National Central Library and began uploading NBINet’s Chinese bibliographic records to OCLC’s WorldCat.
