工學院: 機械工程學研究所指導教授: 鄭榮和黃昱豪Huang, Yu-HaoYu-HaoHuang2017-03-132018-06-282017-03-132018-06-282016http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/278412本研究利用有限元素軟體Abaqus與計算流體力學軟體FlowVision計算行駛過程中輪胎花紋造成之泵氣噪音,並參考ISO-10844輪胎噪音測試規範,以規格205/55 R16 91V之輻射胎建立模擬泵氣噪音模型,取代傳統試誤法進行開發,省去許多時間與金錢成本,並經由實車測試數據驗證本研究有限元素模型之正確性。接著利用所建立的模型探討各種行駛參數與胎紋設計對於輪胎花紋噪音的影響,且經由分析結果得到延遲胎紋內空氣排放速度可達到降噪目的,故針對此方向開發低噪音花紋,為減少開發時間,本研究引進一套2D胎紋簡化模型,利用2D模型先對新胎紋設計的結果進行預測與篩選,若結果有利降噪,再進行完整泵氣噪音模擬深入探討,最後經由此開發流程,針對胎面設計提出改善方向,作為往後設計上的建議。The study uses finite element and CFD model to calculate the air pumping noise caused by process of moving tire tread, The study creates finite element model for the 205/55 R16 91V radial tire by the finite element software Abaqus, and the model refer to ISO-10844 of tire noise test regulation, replace the traditional trial and error method to save lot of development time and money, and verify the correctness of the model by the experiment.
