2008-08-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662791摘要:本計畫擬以蚜蟲及粉蝨分類學之基礎,開發快速、簡易且準確的分子鑑定技術。蚜蟲類害蟲,擬針對國外進口農產品檢疫的蚜蟲,評估具高風險性之種類,加強台灣地區無發生記錄可媒介病毒的種類,篩選具有專一性引子組,建立分子鑑定技術;同時針對幼蟲時期不易分辨的蚜蟲,增幅其細胞色素氧化酵素COI片段,並進行限制&#37238;片段長度多態型(RFLP)電泳圖譜分析,建立檢疫重要蚜蟲類害蟲之DNA資料庫。煙草粉蝨為世界百大入侵生物種之一,此種可區分為許多生物小種並具農業經濟危害性。原產於地中海區域的Q生物小種,近年已入侵美國、墨 西哥、中國、日本等地,藉由聖誕紅作物貿易而快速擴散,造成農業經濟上更大的危害。擬全面偵測台灣地區煙草粉蝨,防範多次入侵造成台灣地區農業上的損失。同時協助進出口及田間偵測之蚜蟲及粉蝨類害蟲及其媒介植物疾病之認證工作,並且提供農產品貿易談判及避免貿易障礙之科學證據。<br> Abstract: The survey aims to develop molecular markers, taxonomic methods and biochemical/molecular analyses for aphids and whiteflies of quarantine importance. The program of this year is to develop rapid identification techniques that are highly accurate, readily applicable and fast. These techniques will be used to (1)standardize current methods and protocols, (2)produce standard operation procedures to identify aphid and whitefly pests, and (3)to setup and populate a DNA database on aphids of quarantine importance.
