The purpose of the Center is to prepare and certify secondary school teachers. The Center enrolls 108 undergraduate (sophomore and above) and graduate students each year from all departments within the University. Goals Our goals are to prepare teachers with the following characteristics: ‧Profession: Solid foundation in content and pedagogical knowledge. ‧Diversity: Broad horizon in perspectives and respect for differences. ‧Innovation: Creativity in curriculum and instruction. ‧Care: Care for the students with active participation in society. ‧Leadership: Ability to lead in teaching and administration.師資培育中心稟持校訓「敦品」、「勵學」、「愛國」、「愛人」之精神，致力培育學生具備「專業」、「多元」、「創新」、「關懷」、「領導」等五大特質之未來「卓越教師」。 本中心教育目標圓心圖如下： （一）專業：具備教育理念價值、教育環境體制、課程、學習者特性、教學法、專門學科、整合任教學科和教育理論之知能。 （二）多元：藉由學習、觀察和省思，以體會人己之異、他我之同，進而培養多元文之視野和胸襟。 （三）創新：具備設計適性化教材、統整課程、創新教學之能力。會採用不同教學策略，靈活運用評量方式，以提升學生學習興趣和教育品質。 （四）關懷：秉持教育熱忱，關心學生個別差異和身心健全成長。 （五）領導： 培養獨立思考能力，具備願景規劃之能力，認識自我個性，瞭解教育環境體制特性，整合堅實之教育專業和專門知能，促進學生自我實現，協調帶動同儕專業成長。Academic Institute
