2013-02-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/654385摘要:近年來我國動物保護意識逐漸高漲,犬隻因近親繁殖而衍生遺傳缺陷發生亦備受動物保護人士持續關注。本研究計畫目標乃就犬隻遺傳缺陷檢測及犬隻族群遺傳結構分析等面向進行國際資訊之蒐集及研析,俾提供我國擬定犬隻繁殖管理政策之參考,以與國際動物保護潮流相接軌。另藉由研究發展之微衛星分子標幟檢測技術之發研,建立國內犬隻遺傳背景結構之檢測方法。本計畫擬進行:1.現場訪視及資料收集:進行國內犬隻繁殖場 2 場資料收集,同時就前述 2 個犬隻繁殖場進行現場訪視、瞭解其犬隻繁殖作業,以及各項繁殖管理資料之收集,並利用新開發微衛星分子標幟檢測技術,就其族群遺傳結構分析與近親繁殖管理之角度,並協助輔導其犬隻繁殖系統及遺傳育種制度之建立。 2. 犬隻樣本收集及樣本DNA萃取分析:就所訪視之國內2場犬隻繁殖場,進行繁殖犬血液樣本採集,進行研究發展新的微衛星分子標幟檢測;或同時利用商業套組進行分析,以瞭解各繁殖場族群遺傳結構及近親繁殖程度。 3. 國內犬隻新微衛星標幟研究發展及分析:利用所採集之犬隻樣本,使用產率較高且較為穩定之選擇性雜合法方法,進行國內犬隻新微衛星標幟之開發,並使用此些研究發展新的的微衛星標幟,進行國內犬隻族群遺傳結構檢測平台之建立,及進行新微衛星標幟組可行性之評估。4. 國內犬隻族群遺傳結構分析:利用所研究發展新的微衛星標幟及所建立之檢測平台,應用於國內其它各犬隻族群遺傳結構分析。&lt;? &#10; 本計畫可達之預期效益主要有:1. 初步研究發展適合國內犬隻族群遺傳背景檢測之新微衛星標幟組及採樣之犬隻族群遺傳結構報告乙份,期望未來可作為擬定國內犬隻繁殖管理政策之參考。2.基於動物保護法之立法意旨,持續就國人關切議題進行研析,將有助於提升我國重視動物保護、關注動物福利之正面施政形象。<br> Abstract: In recent years, animal protection consciousness surged upward gradually in Taiwan, the topic of the dog genetic defects disease because of the inbreeding to occur is also subject to moves guarantees the public figure to pay attention continually. Goals of this research project were to collect the international information of the dog genetic defects illness testing methods and the population genetics structure analysis…and so on. Those studies might be provide to draw up the reproduction management and animal breeding of the regulatory policy for dog in Taiwan, and connecting with the international animal protection tidal current. In addition to, the other goals hope to develop the examination methods for the domestic dog of genetic background structure by the molecular biology technology. The project plans to carry on the first, collecting the information of domestic and foreign literature: to understand and analyze the information of dog genetic defects disease, testing methods and the population genetics structure. The second, paying a visit on farm and collecting the information and data: to study and discussion feasibility reproduction management and animal breeding. The third, gathering sample and analysis: collecting the blood sample from the breeding farm to analyze the genetics background by develop new microsatellite markers, the results might be showed that genetics background structure and inbreeding relative degree for dog breeding farm, respectively. The fourth: completes final reports: provide to draw up the reproduction management and animal breeding of the regulatory policy for dog in Taiwan.&lt;?&#10; This project might reach the anticipated benefit mainly to have two, the first: completes final reports: provide to draw up the reproduction management and animal breeding of the regulatory policy for dog in Taiwan.
