2006-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663236摘要:山羊上市屠宰時,應以人道方式屠宰:及必須放血前有效致昏。傳統的致昏則以及昏為主,利用金屬夾架保定。然而,因搔羊症和瘋牛症的威脅,物理性破壞大腦的致昏方式已被禁止,電昏因而成為經濟有效的首選致昏方法。國人研發的智慧型山羊致昏器以發展成功,可依大小和肥瘦不同山羊的皮膚電阻變異,自動修正電流和電壓參數,有效致昏山羊。然而,在現場操作之結果不如實驗之預期,主要因素為保定不確實與保定金屬材料導電而短路之影響。本計畫擬發展為電昏而配套的保定夾架,以解決屠宰場實際操作的問題。<br> Abstract: Goat slaughtering should be performed in a humane manner and this is not only an ethical but also a legislative obligation. Traditionally, captive bolt is used to stun goats restrained in a metal crate. However, scrapie fears any physical brain intrusion has forbidden and thus, electrical stunning has become the best choice. An intelligent electrical stunner for goats has already developed that can detect the skin impedance and deliver a right amount of voltage and current to stun goats that may very with size and lean conditions. However, the operation results of such a stunner in an abattoir are no match with those of in a laboratory. It is realized that the problem raised mainly from the inappropriate restraining; the metal crate is not suitable for electrical stunning. The present project is to develop a different type of restrainer that designed to suit the need for electrical stunning.山羊致昏保定器之設計與應用
