2005-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664275摘要:粗肋草耐陰、可淨化室內空氣、葉斑豐富,因此廣被應用於室內綠化。於1960年佔全球觀葉植物生產<1%;現已超過6%。排行美國最常生產觀葉植物前10名。台灣亦於1999年與2001年曾有出口紀錄。近年來美國陸續繼發表新品種,並申請保護或專利加以推廣上市。粗肋草原生東南亞,台灣氣候條件優異,適合生產或育種。台灣近年銷售進口之新品種單價亦高,可見粗肋草之雜交育種與新品種開發選育,確有產業價值。本計畫擬建立授粉技術並由實生苗選育具特殊葉斑(含綠、灰、黃或紅等)、葉柄顏色之新品種。本計畫擬利用250 ppm GA3進行粗肋草品種之花期調節,建立各品種之花期資料。持續雜交授粉,建立親本之結實率。由後代持續選育具特殊葉斑、色彩鮮豔之實生苗,葉柄顏色,進行調查實生苗園藝性狀。<br> Abstract: Aglaonemas are full of variegation and shade-tolerant, making them capable of cleaning indoor polluants. The economical importance for Aglaonemas among the whole foliage plants is < 1% in 1960, while about 6% until now. Aglaonemas rank top 10 among US foliage plants production. The climate conditions in Taiwan are suitable for production and breeding.
