It only grow on the inner of the Cinnamomum kanehirai decay heartwood. A. camphorata has been reported to have many medicinal uses, including anticancer and immunomodulating activities due to the active constituents of this fungus, especially, the group of triterenoids and polysaccharides. However, basic molecular biology study of A. camphorate is still weak. The objective of this proposal is focused on identifying genes involved in the regulation of fruit body development. We believe that the results obtained in this study would provide the approaches lead to the improvement of the fruiting of A. camphorate, protection the C. kanehirai, and drug discovery in the future.樟芝出菇雙向電泳法表現差異Antrodia camphoratefruiting2-D electrophoresisdifferentially expression樟芝出菇之功能基因研究
