2012-04-202024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659032摘要:(1,3)-beta-D-葡萄聚醣是一類廣泛存在於植物與真菌(包括酵母與菇蕈)的多醣,但其含量、分支的程度與分子量隨物種、來源、栽植的方法與環境條件會有明顯的差異。已經有許多使用菇蕈(1,3)-beta-D-葡萄聚醣相關的商業化產品,包括幾種抗腫瘤製劑,例如: Krestin (由雲芝製成), Lentinan (香菇) 與 Schizophyllan (裂褶菌)。這些製劑為純化或分離的菇蕈(1,3)-beta-D-葡萄聚醣並具有(1, 6)-beta-D-葡萄醣基之分支,在動物與人類的試驗中具有免疫治療效果並被使用為生物反應修飾劑來處理免疫關的問題。因此,具有分支的(1,3; l,6)-beta-D-葡萄聚醣應可以選為宣稱與免疫調節相關的菇蕈類保健食品或健康食品的合適生物活性成分指標之一。本計畫的目標即是評估選用具分支的(1,3; l,6)-beta-D-葡萄聚醣做為菇蕈類產品之生物活性成分指標的合適性,並暫時選用酵素-層析法來修飾為一不需經由繁瑣的分離與純化步驟的分析方法,做為例行性檢驗的工具。<br> Abstract: (1,3)-beta-D-glucans are ubiquitous polysaccharides in plants and fungi (including yeasts and mushrooms). The content, degree of branching, molecular weight of the (1,3)-beta-D-glucans vary with the species, sources, cultivating methods and environmental conditions. There are considerable number of (1,3)-beta-D-glucan related commercial products from mushroom including antitumor drugs, e.g. Krestin, Lentinan and Schizophyllan. Those drugs are purified mushroom (1,3)-beta-D-glucans with (1, 6)-beta-D-glucosyl branches and have shown immunotherapeutical activities on animal and human subjects and have been also used as Biological Response Modifiers to treated many of immune related disorders. Thus, the branched (1,3; 1,6)-beta-D-glucan should be a good bioactive marker for mushroom related functional foods and Health Food products with immunomodulating claims. The goal of this project is to evaluate the appropriation of using the branched (1,3; 1,6)-beta-D-glucan as a bioactive marker for mushroom products.
