2019-05-052024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/710611摘要：劉康慧教授於2018年11月當選為非營利組織和志願行動研究協會（ARNOVA）的理事會理事，任期三年，可能續任第二屆。 ARNOVA聯繫了大約700-1000名從事慈善事業和非營利組織工作的非營利性學者、從業者和政府官員。 ARNOVA還出版了非營利和志願部門季刊（SSCI，社會議題），是有影響力的期刊。作為國際知名協會的理事會理事，我將幫助協會制定策略計劃，參加國際和地區會議，獎勵委員會以及建立亞洲學者與國際學者建立聯繫。我將協助當地團隊在2019年6月舉辦ARNOVA-Asia，作為理事會理事參加策略制定會議，年度國際會議和區域會議。在這次具有國際影響力的會議上代表台灣成為理事會理事ARNOVA（2019-2021），我設定了以下目標： 1.進行跨國比較的國際聯合研究 2.發表SSCI期刊的國際聯合研究 3.通過區域會議和國際會議/研討會，聯結非營利組織，社會企業和慈善機構的台灣和國際學者 4.通過國際會議發布和展示台灣非營利組織和社會企業的最佳實踐案例研究/電影 5.透過邀請台灣學者加入ARNOVA委員會，促進和培養非營利，社會企業，慈善事業相關研究的台灣學者 <br> Abstract: Prof. Liu was elected as the board member of the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) in November 2018 for three years with possible renewal for second term. ARNOVA connected around 700-1000 nonprofit scholars, practitioners, and government officials who work on philanthropy and nonprofits. ARNOVA also run an influential journal in the field Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly (SSCI, Social Issues). As board member of an international well-known association, I will help the association to set up strategic plans, international and regional conferences, award committees as well as connect Asian scholars with the international scholars. I will assist the local team to run the ARNOVA-Asia in June 2019, participate in the strategic annual board retreats, annual international conferences and regional conferences as board members. Representing Taiwan as a board member in this international influential conference, I set the following goals during my term as a board member of ARNOVA (2019-2021): 1. Conduct international joint research for cross-country comparisons 2. Publish international joint research on SSCI journals 3. Connect Taiwanese and international scholars in nonprofits, social enterprises, and philanthropy through regional conference and international panels/workshops 4. Publish and features case studies/films of best practices from Taiwanese nonprofits and social enterprises to the world through international conferences 5. Promote and cultivate Taiwanese scholars who conduct nonprofit, social enterprises, philanthropy related studies by inviting them into ARNOVA committees非營利組織志願理事ARNOVAboard
