趙彥寧夏鑄九臺灣大學：黃惠欣Huang, Hui-HsinHui-HsinHuang2007-11-292018-06-292007-11-292018-06-292005http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/62016本論文以「結婚」或「非法入境」（偷渡）方式進入台灣，爾後投入應召式性產業的中國大陸無證移民（undocumented immigration）女性，她們的跨界流動經濟，及來台後投入性工作之勞動及生活歷程為研究對象。在全球化生產模式巨變，且兩岸頻繁交流的社會經濟結構下，中國無證移民女性之跨界流動，突顯了台灣邊界管制的無效性，也突顯了台灣面對現實的主權問題，對於邊界管制「無法管理」卻又「不得不管理」的進退失據。虛構且充滿矛盾的邊界管制，卻導致中國大陸無證移民女性來台投入性工作之後，因非法身份面臨種種易被剝削的弱勢困境。 今日，無證移民之跨界流動，已揭示了民族國家向來固守的邊界與邊界管制，已是一個充滿無效、矛盾與階級性的不義結構。中國大陸無證移民女性的跨界流動，彰顯了此一結構的荒謬，我們更應正視她們在此過程中展現出的流動欲望及主體能動性，從而肯定這些無證移民女性具有的流動正當性與跨界權利。This thesis concerns about the undocumented female immigrants from China who engaged in sex work after entering Taiwan and their experiences of crossing border and life in Taiwan. In the social and economical context of globalization and the frequent interactions between China and Taiwan, crossing border of these undocumented female immigrants exposed the invalidity, contradictions and difficulties of Taiwan border control within the reality of sovereignty problems. However, border control truly affected these women after entering sex work in Taiwan. While crossing the border, because of their 「illegality」,they are more vulnerable to be exploited. Nowadays, the actions of crossing borders of undocumented immigrants uncovered that the border and the border control persisted by nation states are just a invalid, contradictory and unjust structure. The China undocumented female immigrants highlights this unjust structure.
