By integrating various data sources such as the WoS, USPTO patents, GRB, ORCID, and several others, this project investigates Taiwan’s academic and industrial potentialities by identifying the competitive academic and technological field, examining researcher’s communities and networks in the fields, analyzing their technological dependence, and investigating the allocation of R&D resources.
