2013-05-172024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681536摘要:南海為我國固有之領土,蘊藏了非常豐富的自然資源,在1950年代末在發現的石油及天然氣,使得南海群島受到非常大的重視,其周圍各國相繼以宣稱島嶼主權及領海範圍的方式,謀求油氣資源之占有,主權爭議問題嚴重。爰此,本研究為求加強對南海海域油氣資源之了解,同時對我國未有詳細了解之國土進行調查。所得之數據及相關資料亦可作為日後南海區域油氣探勘精細規劃等工作項目之參考。 本研究將進行南海地區背景資料建置、近期南海地區各國探勘局勢、南海探勘之風險、南海周圍油氣盆地之石油地質與石油系統等分析工作,進行南海探勘活動的可行性評估。同時希望藉由台灣大學海研一號進行海洋地質與地區水文資料收集等油氣資源調查的先期工作,以及南海海域盆地地質架構的地球物理初步調查。 本研究之工作團隊係由成大大地資源研究中心、台灣大學海洋研究所以及台灣中油公司所組成,其中台灣大學海洋所的工作團隊負責主要的海域調查工作。海域調查之工作團隊由海洋所海洋地質及地球物理組的劉家瑄教授、蘇志杰副教授,以及海洋物理祖的王冑教授所共同主持。劉家瑄教授負責重力量測與變頻聲納剖面調查,蘇志杰副教授負責海床沈積物的取樣與分析,王冑教授負責海流之流速及海水之溫鹽壓等物理參數之量測。<br> Abstract: South China Sea is part of our national territory, and the region of the South China Sea has been proven to have rich natural resources. Since late 1950s, the oil and gas reserves proven here made the South China Sea receiving much attention. Surrounding countries began to contend for the sovereignty over the islands in the South China Sea, and declared the outer limits of their governing waters in order to seek for the recognition of their ownerships of the oil and gas reserves in the South China Sea. This research project aims to investigate the oil and gas resources in the South China Sea and to better understand the natural environments of our unexplored territory. The data collected in this study may also help for future detailed investigations. In this study, an integrated database will be constructed. The analyses of the recent exploration activities conducted by surrounding countries, the risks of exploration in the South China Sea, and the petroleum geology of the oil and gas basins and the petroleum systems of each basin in the South China Sea will be executed in order to assess the resource potentials of the South China Sea. Meanwhile, an integrated marine investigation cruise combining the subjects of marine geology, geophysics and physical oceanography using research vessel Ocean Research I will be carried out. This project will be carried out by GeoResource Research Center of the National Cheng-Kung University (NCKU), the Institute of Oceanography, National Taiwan University (NTU), and Chinese Petroleum Cooperation (CPC). NTU team will be responsible for marine investigation. Among the NTU team, Professor Char-Shine Liu is the PI of the project and will also be resp[onsible for gravity measurement and CHIRP sonar profiling investigation; Professor Chih-Chieh Su will be in charge of seafloor sediment coring; Professor Joe Wang will be in charge of the measurement of ocean current and hydrographic data.南海石油天然氣South China Seaoilgas我國海域礦區石油與天然氣資源潛能評估-南海(1/3)
