2002-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684918摘要:有關稻米產業方面,水稻育苗作業與管理自動化之研究計畫目的在於開發水稻育苗作業自動化設備,包括秧苗箱棧板自動堆放機、自動卸取箱機、自動捲苗機及綠化場內輸送搬運設備。同時建構育苗管理軟體及育苗工程網路技術化。設施生產自動化包括蔬菜與花卉兩大類。蔬菜育苗自動化與營運管理資訊化計畫將進行育苗栽培作業資訊化之研究;發展苗株水分管理與本體生理指標遙測技術之結合應用。將開發設施內精準可變率噴灑控制系統,進行育苗溫室環控模組化及數位系統之研究,及花椰菜穴盤苗生長特性之分析。本計畫也將進行育苗產業之輔導。花卉本體生理感測與設施栽培自動化之計畫目標在於進行花卉作物本體生理感測,於花卉產地成立花卉生產自動化技術示範中心。開發農產品品質非破壞性檢測系統及加工處理技術是本年度重要之農業自動化研究項目之一。水果品質非破壞性線上檢測系統之研製將進行水果內部品質檢測系統(糖度)、外部品質檢測系統(顏色、大小、果形)及進出料機構、輸送系統等之單元設計與試製。可依水果品質進行精準分級,確立水果分級制度,以利電子商務之推行。瓜果品質音波檢測集音器之研製計畫將完成一攜帶式音波檢測器雛型機,且將西瓜與哈密瓜之資料庫建立,以提供判斷標準;並完成利用音波檢測西瓜與哈密瓜內部品質之判斷資料庫。<br> Abstract: Regarding the rice industry, the purpose of the project "Improvements and applications of automation operations and management on the rice seedling production" is to develop the automatic equipment, which includes the automatic stacking/retrieving machine for trays on pallet, the automatic tray loading/unloading machine, the automatic seedling-rolling machine, and the automatic conveying equipment on nursery field. Also management software is written for the current rice nursery centers. Vegetable and flower are two main items in the automation projects related to greenhouse production. In the project of "Development of Automation and Information System for Vegetable Seedling Production", the information system for seedling production will be constructed; the integration of irrigation management and plant-oriented sensing technology will be conducted to promote seedling quality. Boom system with variable rate, environment control module and digital system in greenhouses will be investigated. The analysis of growth characteristics of cauliflower plug seedlings will be continued. Extension service will be made to promote the seedling industry. In the project of "Floriculture physiological monitoring of automation systems for protected culture", the technologies of crop physiological monitoring and automation will be investigated, and the demonstration centers will be established in Taiwan. These centers could provide the functions of extension, education, and test. The development of non-destructive sensing systems for better quality of agricultural products and processing technology is one of major areas of automation projects for agricultural production this year. In the project of "On-line System Development for Non-destructive Inspection of Fruit`s Quality", the fruit inspection units for internal quality (sugar content), external quality (color, size and shape) and material handling will be designed and developed in this study. The fruit inspection units could provide an integrated system for precise sorting of fruits, and further promote the practice of e-commerce.
