2013-12-302024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/685041摘要：本計畫本年度的工作目標是依據黃(2005)採樣的地點，在金門與烈嶼15處水域採集水獺排遺進行分子檢測，以比對金門與烈嶼各地出現水獺的數量、組成的狀況，特別是根據李(2013)的調查結果，規劃重點調查地區，進行四季水獺排遺的收集與分子檢測，以追蹤族群狀況並與先前資料進行比較，同時規劃保育與棲地復育之策略與行動。<br> Abstract: The goals of this project are to collect fresh otter spraints from at least 15 sites where Huang (2005) had collected otter spraints previously, conduct genotyping and compare the genetic make-up (genotype) of otters at these sites with the results of Huang (2005). In addition, spraints collection at sites which have been identified by Lee (2013) as critical for monitoring, will be conducted quarterly to monitor changes in the genetic make-up of otters.
