2017-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651834摘要:本研究計畫希望以三年的時間,採取多面向、多層次觀點,對於家族企業在國際化策略表現,探討其中跳脫傳統國際企業「階段性國際化模型」(stage model)的策略表現,除驗證具體事證,本研究並希望進行系統分析,以釐清該現象之成因及決定因素。在國際企業理論中,無論從制度理論(institution theory)或資源基礎理論(resource-based view, RBV)來看,企業進行國際投資大多呈現階段性、循序漸進性投資樣式,藉以適應異國市場制度,並培養國際經營能力與資源。 即便如此,在實務中仍有不少企業,在決策上並不完全依循傳統階段式國際化模式,而是採取大膽、創新、快速行動之國際化模式,希望能夠縮短國際化進程,藉以掌握全球市場快速成長,由此呈現顯著之國際化企業創新精神(international corporate entrepreneurship, ICE)。國際化創業精神對企業相關決策的影響,在新興市場企業國際化過程中可能較之先進國家企業更為顯著,這些企業在國際市場面臨明顯的「後進者劣勢」 (late-mover disadvantage),在對外投資過程中,面臨之競爭程度與學習成本較之先進國家企業高出甚多,在此情況下若有企業願意主動探索制度距離遠、營運成本高、但相對具有發展價值與布局潛力的海外市場,所彰顯的是高度冒險犯難之創業精神,本研究即以此現象為研究主軸,探討新興國家企業國際企業創新精神之成因及表現成果。另一方面家族企業文獻強調家族經營較一般企業呈現較強之長線經營眼光(long-term horizon),據此本研究試圖從家族治理模式,探討對企業國際化創業精神之影響。 <br> Abstract: By three years of time, this research is planed to conduct the multi-levels and multi-dimensions analyses to explore the effect of family control in promoting firm’s entrepreneurship propensity along the internationalization process. In contrast to traditional “stage model” of firm’s internationalization, we suggest the international corporate entrepreneurship (ICE) propensity will encourage the firm to explore those risky but potential overseas markets that allows the company to act proactively to take the advantages through the rapid growth of emerging economies. Specifically, for those international businesses originated from emerging markets, they encounter significant late-mover disadvantage in the international market. The entrepreneurial overseas expansion enables these firms to compete in an innovated approach and thereby promotes the chance of their survival and performance. In addition, numerous extant literatures have indicated that family control promotes firm’s long-term horizon in strategic decision and accordingly we suggest the family control would show significant effect to support firm’s entrepreneurship propensity in international expansion.家族企業國際企業創業精神新興市場Family businessinternational buisnessentreprenurshipemerging market國際企業創業精神與新興市場進入策略: 家族治理效果
