2008-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/705148摘要:三維城市模型已儼然成為空間資訊的一熱門課題,一個生動、詳盡的三維城市模型不但是都市規劃與建設的最具說服力圖資,也是旅遊及無線通信業者啟動蓬勃商機的先決條件甚至為決勝因素。與民生息息相關的城市環境,可經由測圖方式來建構擬真的模型,航、衛測方式雖展現大範圍施測的便利性,因近乎垂直攝影幾何,雖然人工結構最上層表面(例如房屋屋頂面)及大致的道路網(Road Network)可測製,但是地面實景細節及完整度以及人工結構體側面資訊常付之闕如。車載移動式測圖系統則可沿著道路攝取兩旁景物,可獨立建構三維街景模型,若能與前項航、衛測圖資相結合,則能建構較完整及擬真的三維城市模型。 本研究工作為整合型研究計畫“直接定位之移動式空間資訊獲取平台”之子計畫四,在此子計畫下之目標為藉助車載移動式測圖系統(Mobile Mapping System, MMS)執行影像獲取及雷射掃瞄所獲取圖資進行三維街景模型建構。而本研究計畫架構於車載直接定位定向、影像獲取以及雷射掃瞄裝置的整合、率定,並藉由MMS獲取的影像及雷設掃瞄資料建構三維街景模型並整合外來三維屋頂面模型而成三維城市模型。 本研究工作擬定三年工作期,所欲計完成的任務包含:[第一年](1)特徵偵測(包含影像及光達系統),(2)以特徵為主的匹配(含靜態與動態追蹤)、物像對應回饋與物空間特徵幾何重建;[第二年](3)景物遮蔽偵測及補償,(4)街道、路樹、臨街屋側幾何及紋理模型建構;[第三年](5)融合房屋屋頂面模型與三維街景建構三維城市模型。 <br> Abstract: 3D city model has emerged as a hot topic in area of geospatial information. A vivid as well as detailed 3D city model would not only speak convinced and promising words for government’s urban planning and development policy, but also almost guarantee a great success for wireless communication business and those who aim to implement 3D city model to aid in traveling business. 3D city model can be made by means of air-borne or space-borne photogrammetric method , which leads to incomplete model, especially for the facades of building, because of nearly vertical imaging geometry. Mobile mapping systems, on the other hand, would provide the detailed scene along the street. Therefore, the geometric as well as radiometric information of the visible sidewalls of building and the roads would be obtained, a complementary data of the product of applying aerial or satellite imagery for perfecting 3D city model. This proposal is a sub-project under the main project named “Direct Georeferenced Mobile Platform for Geospatial Information Acquisition” with the aim of building 3D street scene model based on the availability of acquiring georeferenced imagery and laser scanning point cloud on a mobile mapping system that is to be developed in other sub-projects. A more complete 3D city model can then be made by fusing the 3D street scene model and partial 3D city model that often results from photogrammetric method. We propose to conduct this research at a three-year duration.
