2011-03-312024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684317摘要:1.提昇現行敏感性作物調查之效率及統計正確性,並落實實際應用。 2.整合衛星遙測影像自動判釋於不同試辦區之適用性評估。 3.非落於影像判釋敏感性作物之潛勢區域,可做為鄉鎮或縣市單位抽查申報錯誤之重點區域,以提升抽查績效,並有效遏止農戶誤報或錯報。 4.在提高判釋的準確度及降低人工依賴程度的原則下,整合出敏感性作物遙測判釋流程與方法,快速且低成本的掌控及預估(粗略估算或精細估算)敏感性作物的生產區位與面積。 5. 透過試辦區測試可驗證衛星影像判釋操作與現調流程之整合,並為後續實際應用上線處理做測試,以收敏感性作物種植面積掌握與調查人力節省之功效。<br> Abstract: 1. Improve the efficiency and statistical accuracy of the current sensitive crops nvestigation; and then implement the improvement in practical application. 2. Integrate automatic interpretation techniques of remotely sensed imagery and assess the applicability of the techniques in different testareas. 3. Generate potential area of sensitive crops with interpretation techniques and apply the potential area to inspection work of crop declarations. Parcels falling outside the potential area can be used as priority area for town or county inspectors to inspect erroneous crops declarations. The application above can improve the efficiency of inspection and curb the improper declarations. 4. Integrate interpretation procedures and methods for sensitive crops based on the principles of improving accuracy and decreasing manpower dependency; know and predict (roughly or precisely) sensitive crops production location and area in fast and low-cost ways. 5. Integrate satellite imagery interpretation and field inspection procedures; and then validate and test the integrated procedures via test areas for the follow-up practical application.
