吳瑞北臺灣大學:電信工程學研究所陳音琦Chen, Yin-ChiYin-ChiChen2007-11-272018-07-052007-11-272018-07-052005http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/58855電磁頻帶能隙微帶線架構已被提出於天線與微波濾波器的應用當中。這篇論文展示了對於電磁能隙架構可達到寬頻止帶的低通濾波器的設計步驟,其中結合了接地面上漸變(taper)的蝕刻洞與有缺陷的接地面(defected ground plane)電磁能隙架構。量測結果顯示其止帶從6.8 GHz到25 GHz,與模擬結果相符合。接下來更嘗試使用基因演算法去尋找符合所需規格的最佳化結果,並將這樣的低通濾波器實做出來且做量測。理論結果與實驗結果顯示了很好的一致性,證明此方法的可行性。Electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) microstrip structures have been proposed in the application of antenna and microwave filter design. This thesis demonstrates a design procedure for the EBG structure to achieve a wide stopband low-pass filter, by combining tapered etched holes and multi-period EBG structure. The measurement result shows the refection band is from 6.8 GHz to 25 GHz, which meets the simulation result. Then we use Genetic Algorithms (GA) to optimize the placement of structures that meets the desired specification. A low-pass filter is fabricated and measured.
