2009-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/706913摘要:知識被認為是企業的戰略性資產, 知識管理對企業的績效影響也被廣泛的討 論。但現有的研究比較集中在企業層次的分析,本研究擬從個人及團隊的層次來 探討知識管理的影響。從資訊人員層面上,我們試圖探討知識管理對資訊人員的 自我效能的正面影響,從而達到工作滿意度的提升。另一方面,工作滿意度的提 升與個人學習也會對資訊人員所提供的服務品質產生正面影響,而其影響可從態 度面與技能面兩個方向來看待。 而在團隊的層面上,我們試圖將動態能力理論應用於團隊層次。動態能力理論被 普遍的使用與企業層次的分析,我們認為動態能力理論也同樣適用於團隊層次, 並可以以此來解釋團隊績效的差異。本研究欲探討在團隊層次上,知識管理的能 力對團隊動態能力與績效的影響。我們認為,知識管理是動態能力的來源之一, 而動態能力是知識管理造成團隊績效差異的中介變數。<br> Abstract: Knowledge is deemed as a strategic asset of the firm, and knowledge management and its effects on firm performance have been widely discussed. Extant research, however, focuses mostly on the firm-level analysis. This research intends to discuss the effects of knowledge management from the individual and team perspectives. From an individual level, we argue that knowledge management enhances IT professional’s self-efficacy perception, and thus improves their job satisfaction. Meanwhile, we’d like to investigate whether the enhanced job satisfaction and individual learning achieved through knowledge management will positively affect service quality provided by IT professionals. The effects could be from both an attitudinal dimension and technical dimension. At the team level, we hope to apply the dynamic capabilities theory to account for team performance. Dynamic capabilities have originated from the strategic management arena and have been widely applied in firm level analysis. We maintain that this theory may also explain team level performance variances. This research intends to explore the relationship between knowledge management, team dynamic capabilities, and team performance.
