2009-01-232024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661005摘要:本計畫擬於不同植物上觀察臘狀芽孢桿菌生物防治菌株促進植物生長及抑制病害發生的作用,測試揮發性氣體的作用及探討揮發性氣體的種類及其對植物之作用。首先分析細菌菌株產生揮發性氣體對對植物之作用,並測試細菌菌株揮發性氣體對病原菌生長之影響及分析有效氣體成份,續以測試細菌菌株揮發性氣體有效成份對植物生長、病原菌生長及病害發展之影響。本年度進行之工作項目包括細菌菌株促進植物生長及抗病之試驗、細菌菌株產生揮發性氣體促進植物生長試驗、細菌菌株產生揮發性氣體對病害影響試驗及細菌菌株產生揮發性氣體組成之探討:利用氣相層析儀並串連質譜儀進行分析,以瞭解細菌菌株產生與促進植物生長或抑病有關的揮發性氣體成份組成,以助於本細菌菌株之應用發展。<br> Abstract: This project will examine the plant growth-promoting, disease inhibition and pathogen interference abilitiesof a Bacillus biocontrol strain and explore its functional molecules for further applications. The effect of volatile compounds on the plants and pathogen will be examined. The kinds of volatile compounds will be analyzed by gas chromatography. The candidates will be tested for their effects on the plant growth and plant responses to the pathogen attack. Afterwards, the volatile compound candidates will be examined for the effects on fungal growth to see if they have same effects as the biocontrol strain and its volatile compounds released.
