2010-07-022024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682085摘要:目前,『食品衛生管理法』中針對農產品上的農藥殘留訂有『殘留農藥安全容許量標準』,也就是農藥殘留的安全標準。其中規定禽畜水產品除外之食品中農藥殘留量應符合殘留農藥安全容許量標準表。該表中未列者,除另訂有進口容許量者外,均不得檢出。其訂定的原則是以表示農藥慢毒性的無毒害藥量為計算基準,依據政府核准的使用方法及防治作物為對象,加上國人取食習慣及取食量,研訂每一類作物中的農藥殘留安全容許量。因此只有在國內政府核准使用的農藥及作物才有容許量,沒有訂定安全標準者表示未核淮使用,依法不得有殘留。因此在農藥殘留檢驗上不合格的情形一種是殘留量超過容許量,另一種則是檢驗出沒有容許量的農藥殘留。第一種情形發生殘留量超過容許量自是因為使用方法有問題造成,而第二種情形檢驗出沒有容許量的農藥殘留,則是使用了非核准的農藥。此一安全容許量標準的特點是必須為國內登記使用之農藥及施用之食用作物,才有足夠之資料及法源依據研訂,其次農藥安全容許量根據農藥殘留消退的資料及國人的取食習慣研訂,因此相同農藥在不同的農產品會有不同的容許量。 為此基於國民飲食習慣及保障國民健康,對常作為食用中藥材訂定相關的農藥殘留標準確有其必要性。因此選定下列十種民眾常用為食品之中藥材黑棗、肉桂、黨參、山楂、蓮子、大回、花椒、羅漢果、烏梅、白果做為殘留農藥安全容許量標準建立。<br> Abstract: Traditional eastern herbal medicines are commonly used as daily food in Taiwan. But clearly permissible amounts of pesticide residue standards in these herbal medicines (or food) were never declaration. In this project we were trying to establish a reasonable maximum residue limits for pesticides in edible herbal crude medicine materials. Studies were proposed by collecting pesticide application information from origin and legal pesticide maximum residue levels of import countries, then analyzing the pesticides residues of commercial edible herbal crude medicine materials which were sampling from markets in Taiwan. According to these data, the maximum residue limits (MRL) for pesticides in traditional herbal medicines will be established. A concept of crop grouping was introducing to class these edible herbal crude medicine materials for assessing the intake risk. Finally, the maxium residues limits (MRLs) of six edible herbal crude medicine materials were established by combining the information of pesticide maximum residue levels from the other coutries, the actual pesticide residues data in collected samples and the intake risk of those herbal medicine materials.中草藥農藥殘留容許量作物分群herbal medicinesmaximum residue limits (MRL)crop grouping完備中藥製劑(材)品質相關法令研究
