陳明通臺灣大學：國家發展研究所李拓梓Lee, Tuo-tzuTuo-tzuLee2007-11-272018-06-282007-11-272018-06-282005http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/57157八十年代以來香港一直是世界的焦點，除了經濟奇蹟之外，「九七回歸」當然更是這顆「東方之珠」受到國際矚目的原因。由於中國宣稱運作於香港的「一國兩制」目的為垂範台灣，因此回歸後的香港動態也一直是台灣朝野關心的焦點。不過無論是西方或者台灣，各種關於香港的討論往往是依照自己的需求或者經驗而任意詮釋，忽略掉香港的特殊性。而這樣的困境，在台灣複雜的認同政治問題上尤其明顯，使得台灣經驗遭到無意義的擴大與錯置。本文由作者自身的田野經驗與自我檢討開始，藉著從國族主義理論的探索與對話，開啟以台灣作為香港對照組的「一個」途徑，探討七十年代以來香港認同政治的變化，並藉著這樣的回顧逐步耙梳港台兩地的相異之處，並點出中國在香港治理過程中的盲點。Hong Kong has always been the star of the world. Besides the economic mircle, the Handover of 1997 is also the reason that “The Pearl of the East” received unprecedented attention of the international community. Because it was declared “One Country Two Systems”, Hong Kong became the unification model to Taiwan. The Post-1997 Hong Kong also becomes one of the hottest topics in Formosa. However, whether it was the West or Taiwan, Hong Kong to them was defined and exercised by its political needing but not by being itself. Under the complex situation of identity politics in Taiwan, the misunderstanding to Hong Kong was especially obvious. This study tries to supply an approach of field research and reflect the subjectivity of myself to observe a way to touch “How does a Taiwanese look at Hong Kong?” I use the way to turn back the identity politics in Hong Kong since 1970s.
