指導教授：項潔臺灣大學：資訊工程學研究所張沛強Chang, Pei-ChiangPei-ChiangChang2014-11-262018-07-052014-11-262018-07-052014http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/261432　　在現今網際網路普及的社會，研究者常常會將自己的研究放在網路上供大眾閱讀與了解，而其形式往往是將該篇文章或是書籍的數位化PDF（Portable Document Format）檔案放在網頁上提供簡單的閱讀或下載等，並無法真正發揮數位化文本可以產生的效果，如：顯示外部參考連結、地圖。而對於一般大眾而言，歷史文章中常常有一些和現代較為不同且含有特殊涵義之字句，或是上個時代的古地名等，可能在閱讀時候常常無法完全的了解相關解說與想像其中地理關係之對應。 　　本研究以屏東縣志稿為主題文本，希望透過文本與資料庫的建立，配合網頁前端技術之設計，提供研究者於平台上針對文本內容做人名、地名與特殊名詞之標註，更結合臺灣大百科、明清臺灣人物小傳以及臺灣百年歷史圖層等外部連結資源，可立即將研究者標註資料展示在瀏覽模式中，並提供一般大眾閱讀者使用，使得使用者更了解與親近文本中的知識。另外，系統也提供了研究者新增、編修與下載研究資料的介面，以輔助使用系統的文史工作者進行研究。 　　綜觀而論，本研究即是希望提供一個研究者與一般閱讀大眾的對話平台，也希望讓使用本系統之研究會員可以在這之中找出更多的研究能量，更重要的是希望藉由本系統的運作，能夠使民眾對於自己生活的土地能夠有更多的了解與地方情感認同。　　It is quite common for researchers to put their research results on the Internet for public use. The most standard way is to cover a paper into a pdf (Portable Document Format) file for people to download and read. This method, although convenient, prohibits the author from utilizing other useful references such as external links or maps that can serve as reading aid. Furthermore, a research paper, such as an article on history, may contain geographical names whose locations are not familiar to the general reader. 　　In this study we present an annotation system through which an author can easily link his or her article with external sources. The system provides a platform on which one can annotate person names, place names and special terms and link them with external sources such as maps and encyclopedia. To demonstrate its effectiveness, we use the Pingtung County Gazetteer as the target text. The external sources include the Encyclopedia Taiwania, Short Biographies of Ming and Qing Taiwanese, historical maps from the Academia Sinica, and the Google map.
