2011-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655607摘要:為提升國家競爭力,本計畫以推動整合型計畫進行研究之模式進行,規劃以集中發展五個關鍵領域和三種應用技術為主。2008 年依據2006 年「幹細胞研發重點策略藍圖計畫」而提出發展重點,包含五個關鍵領域:(1)幹細胞的分離,培養與分化技術、(2)幹細胞的表現機制與流程控制、(3)基因外(epigenetic)調節與體細胞核核轉移的技術研發(4)動物移植模型、生醫奈米、與組織工程相關技術的建置(5)「誘導式多能性幹細胞(iPS cells)」相關之分析研究,及三種應用技術:(1)動物複製與異體移植模型、(2)藥物研發及(3)細胞治療的試驗。並於今年幹細胞工作小組第二次會議討論出最新的幹細胞研究方向:(1)胚胎幹細胞、(2)多潛能及特定組織的間葉幹細胞、(3)成體幹細胞、(4)生殖幹細胞、(5)重編程及型態發生、(6)組織工程、(7)活體影像技術(電腦斷層磁振造影、正子斷層掃描追蹤幹細胞)、(8)癌症幹細胞。本計畫將有效整合不同領域幹細胞研究相關的人力與資源,依據以上提出的重點,提升研究團隊水準,以進行具國際競爭力核心領域的研發。<br> Abstract: The project aims to promote stem cell research in Taiwan by fullyorganizing domestic research experts and resources. To organize theresearch resources, we will support five to six research groups in fivekey research topics. We propose five research focuses (1)The cultureand differentiation of stem cell, (2) Mechanisms and pathway control ofstem cell, (3) Epigenetic regulation and nuclear transfer (4) Animaltransplantation, biomedical nanotechnology, and tissue engineering, (5)Induced pluripotent stem cell (iPS), and three applied technologies: (1)Xenotransplantation, (2) Drug discovery and development, (3) Clinicaltrial on stem cell therapy.
