The topic of the first year research will be “The Basic Structure of Motivational Need Taxonomies(1) : Exploratory Research.” The first year will be use qualitative methods. And focus group method will be used to interview the employee of electric factory, motor factory and medical equipment co. The semi-structural interview sheet will be used with the interview. The contents of interview will cover physical health, safety, reward, human relationship, communication, self-esteem, autonomy, training, achievement, and selfdevelopment. And then the content analysis and item analysis will be used to construct the scale of the employee needs for our country. The topic of the second year will be “The Basic Structure of Motivational Need Taxonomies(2) : Empirical Research.” The precious noted scale will be used and the subject will be the employee of electronic factory, motor factory, and medical equipment co. to do the qualitative research. The reliability and validity study will be done also. This research will offer some suggestions to improve the job satisfaction and fulfilled addition to understand the employee needs of electronic occupation.本研究為一系列的研究計畫。今年度的研究子題為「動機需求分類的基礎結構(一):跨企業組織的初步研究」,今年採用質的研究方法,以深度晤談法(depth interview method)及小團體晤談法(focus group interview)來訪談汽車業。事先編製半結構式面談表( semi-structure interview sheet)以掌握面談的方向及內容。其大致向度包括身體健康(physical health )、安全感( safety )、薪水 (reward)、人際關係(relationship)通 (communication)、自尊(self-esteem)、自主(autonomy)、訓練(training)、成就( achievement )、自我成長( selfdevelopment)等向度。待資料蒐集完成後,針對這些資料作內容分析及項目分析,用以編製適用於我國電子業、汽車業及醫療器材業的員工需求量表,以作為大樣本研究之用。 第二年的研究子題為「動機需求分類的基礎結構(二):跨企業組織的實證分析」,係使用已編製好的「員工需求量表」為工具,以電子業、汽車業、醫療器材業的員工為對象實施量的研究,如此可以建立本量表的信度與效度。此外,除了瞭解我國電子業員工的心理需求外,本研究也將提出各種改善方案,用以提昇員工的工作滿足及其工作士氣。application/pdf58779 bytesapplication/pdfzh-TW國立臺灣大學心理學系暨研究所[SDGs]SDG3動機需求分類的基礎架構:跨企業組織的探討(1/2)reporthttp://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/9675/1/892413H002023.pdf
