Two new polyprenylated phloroglucinol derivatives, hypersampsone R (1) and hypersampsone S (2), and a known prenylated benzophenone, hyperibone K (3) were isolated from the aerial parts of H. sampsonii. Their structures were determined by extensive 1D and 2D NMR, and MS spectral analyses. ? 2014 by the authors licensee MDPI Basel Switzerland.GuttiferaeHypericum sampsoniiPolyprenylated phloroglucinol[SDGs]SDG3Novel polyprenylated phloroglucinols from hypericum sampsoniijournal article10.3390/molecules191219836https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84919741159&doi=10.3390%2fmolecules191219836&partnerID=40&md5=96b7f89beeefd9b80ba3a0eb4892372f2-s2.0-84919741159https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84919741159&doi=10.3390%2fmolecules191219836&partnerID=40&md5=96b7f89beeefd9b80ba3a0eb4892372f
