2020-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682957姿勢與動作是學習健康體適能各項要素的操作基礎,但教學現場卻經常觀察到多數學生因姿勢不良而間接影響學習成效的情況。本研究於健康體適能課程中融入姿勢改善課題,並選取肩膀部位作為改善目標,結合健康體適能要素的促進,提供以運動改善姿勢的課程內容;採用準實驗設計,隨機分派兩個班次為實驗組(有融入姿勢改善課題)及控制組(無融入姿勢改善課題),旨在比較有無融入姿勢改善課題之學生學習前後圓肩姿勢的變化,並探討圓肩變化程度與體適能檢測各項指標變化的相關性。研究結果顯示所有學生修習課程後圓肩姿勢皆顯著改善,且兩組相比後發現實驗組右肩的圓肩改善程度顯著優於控制組(T=-2.121, p=.038),説明健康體適能課程有助於改善肩膀不良姿勢,而課程另融入運動改善姿勢課題具有介入的效果。此外,有關體適能檢測的前後測變化,控制組在坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠與三分鐘登階測驗等指標皆無顯著改變;實驗組除了立定跳遠顯著進步(T=-3.102, p=.004), 坐姿體前彎與三分鐘登階測驗亦無顯著改變,但實驗組右邊圓肩姿勢的改善程度與立定跳遠的進步幅度無顯著相關。本研究證實健康體適能課程融入姿勢改善課題確實能有效改善學生圓肩的問題,但圓肩姿勢的改善與體適能檢測指標的進步無關。 Posture and movement are the operating basis for learning the aspects of health related physical fitness, but it is often observed that the poor posture of most students indirectly resulted in learning effectiveness in class. This study incorporated posture improvement issue into health related physical fitness, and focused on shoulder posture as the target, combining with the promotion of aspects in health related physical fitness to provide course content that improves posture through exercise. We adopted quasi-experiment design and randomly assigned two classes as the experiment group (incorporate posture improvement issue) and the control group (without incorporating posture improvement issue). The aim of this study was to compare the changes in the posture of round shoulders prior and post course between students that are with and without incorporating posture improvement issue, and investigate the correlation between the degree of round shoulder changes and the changes of indicators in physical fitness test. The result shows that the round shoulder posture of all students has improved significantly after taking the course (right and left shoulder in control group:T=6.341, p=.000, T=8.376, p=.000; right and left shoulder in experimental group:T=11.937, p=.000, T=7.549., p=.000). Comparing the two groups, it was found that the improvement of the round shoulder at the right shoulder in experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (T=-2.121, p=.038). These findings revealed that this health related physical fitness course helps to improve poor shoulder posture, and there is an intervening effect in this course that incorporated posture improvement issue. Furthermore, according to the results of physical fitness test, there were no significant changes on the trunk forward flexion, broad jump and three minutes step test in control group. For the experimental group, in addition to the significant increase on the broad jump, there were no significant changes on the trunk forward flexion and three minutes step test, but the degree of improvement in the right round shoulder posture was not significantly related to the degree of progress on broad jump. This study demonstrated that the health related physical fitness course could effectively improve the students’ round shoulder problem through incorporating posture improvement issue, but the improvement of round shoulder posture was not related to the progress of indicators in physical fitness tests.探討改善姿勢課題融入健康體適能課程對學習成效的影響=Exploring the impact on learning effect by incorporating the issue of posture improvement into Health Related Physical Fitness curriculum
