2015-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/712457摘要:不同於傳統社會工作的領域,兒少保護工作是依據法律的規定而強制介入家庭,服務案主對於兒少保社工員的介入很容易產生抗拒、不合作、不接觸,甚至出現攻擊性行為,這些案主非自願現象都是可以預期的。但是,兒少保社工員是否能夠與服務案主建立有效的工作關係,將影響其風險評估的準確性及後續服務的目標達成,社工員如何能夠有效的與抗拒性、非自願案主建立合作的工作關係,促成這些家庭有意願、準備好改變,進可確保兒童少年生活在安全的家庭之中。雖然,兒少保護個案抗拒社工員的介入經常發生,但相關的文獻或研究甚少探討該項議題,更遑論協助社工員與個案家庭建立有效的工作關係。本研究目的在於檢視兒少保社工員與服務案主建立工作關係的歷程,並檢視兒少保社工員所運用的助人技巧對於促成服務案主參與工作關係的影響,以及其與服務成果之間的關連,最後解析與發展有效的工作關係建立方法,作為兒少保護實務人員參考。 為了解析和建構社工員與案主建構的工作關係歷程與動力,本研究將立基於工作關係建立的實務觀點,分成三年來探討兒少保護的工作關係建立實務模式,最後並嘗試發展介入研究設計來檢視動機式晤談法用於社工員與個案家庭的工作關係建立之效能。本研究的設計分成3年,第一年深度訪談20對兒少保社工員與個案家庭,聚焦於其初次接觸的經驗與障礙;第二年問卷調查130對兒少保社工員和個案家庭,探討兒少保護社工員的個案技巧運用及其影響。第三年發展一套動機晤談法的訓練計畫,嘗試協助提升第一線兒少保社工員學習與抗拒性、非自願性案主工作的效能,建構一套兒少保護工作的實務模式。 <br> Abstract: Professionals in child protection services (CPS), unlike traditional social workers, have statutory responsibility to involve the family if child maltreatment incidences occur. Resistance or non-cooperation is normal when social workers involve with parents in CPS. However, an effective worker-client relationship is a key for CPS social workers to evaluate the risks of children as well as to achieve goals of service. Therefore, how to effectively engage with involuntary service users and build a better worker-client relationship are essential to enhance children’s safety and well-being. The current literature has little discussion on how to work with resistant or involuntary clients in CPS effectively. This study aims to explore the dynamics of worker-client relationship, to examine factors that affect relationships-building between social workers and clients and service outcomes. The study will develop and test motivational interviewing used in CPS worker-client relationship building through an evidenced-based process. To examine the dynamics of worker-client relationship, the study uses a mixed method approach to collect data from social workers and clients in CPS service. The study employs a three-year design. Qualitative methods (e.g., in-depth interview) will be used in the first year. Twenty pairs of CPS social workers and families will be interviewed to explore the experiences of initial engagement and challenges. Quantitative approach using a survey method will be conducted a survey on 130 pairs CPS social workers and families to understand how CPS social workers use their helping skills to work with the clients and the consequences. A training program based on the motivational interviewing (MI) knowledge will be developed in the third year. Intervention evaluation design will be used to examine how helpful the MI would be for social workers to work with resistant or involuntary clients.兒童保護社工員服務關係child protectionsocial workerworker-client relationship兒少保社工員與服務案主建立工作關係的歷程:解析與建構
