2005-04-212024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682620摘要:本計畫針對水利署位於台北縣新店溪河畔『南勢角水工試驗室』鄰近區域進行整體規劃,共分為A、B、 C三區。A區為『南勢角水工試驗室』現址,未來將規劃為水利科技博物館大樓,館內以水利科技展示、研究、教育、體驗為主,擬納內原淡水河全模型,並將鄰近試驗室之新和國小體育館與捷運共構納入整體考量,以提昇國民對水利科技之瞭解。B區為新店溪五重溪出口處之新生地,擬規劃為水利生態研發試驗中心,著重於水利生態試驗,C區位於五重溪出口至試驗室旁之高灘地,擬規劃為戶外教室與生態休憩區,可供原生動、植物棲息,並兼具生態、休憩與教育功能。 各區工作項目如后所列: 1. 規劃水利科技博物館大樓(A區) (1)水利科技博物館大樓之各樓層之使用內容規劃,包括展示、辦公、餐飲服務及其他應包含之空間計畫。 (2)淡水河全模型及試驗教學研究區之規劃。 (3)其它應有之空間計畫。 2. 規劃水利生態研發試驗中心(B區) (1)河畔水利生態試驗場之佈置與建物之規劃。 (2)研擬研發試驗中心之組織架構及營運管理計畫。 (3)研擬符合國家級之試驗場應有之設備儀器內容與規格計畫。 (4)其他應有之空間計畫。 3. <br> Abstract: This project focused on integrated planning of the neighboring areas of the Nan-Shi-Jaon Laboratory. The project is divided into 3 zones, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C, respectively. Zone A located in the place of Nan-Shi-Jaon Laboratory, the Museum of Water Science Technology will be built here. The full scale physical model of Tanshui River system will be included. The co-construction of MRT station and the sport field of Hshin-Ho Elementary School will be taken into consideration. This museum has the functions of education, demonstration, personal experiencing and research and it will improve the citizen’s understanding of water technology. Zone B is located in the area nearby Wu-Tsung Creek, the Hydro-Ecology Research Center will be built there. It will be emphasized on eco-hydraulic experimental study and will become the important research center for eco-hydraulic studies in Taiwan. Zone C is located in area between the flood plain of the Nan-Shi-Jaon Laboratory and that of Wu-Tsung Creek, the Eco-recreation Park and Outdoor Classroom of Water Education will be there. It can provide the habitations for protista and prototype and has the functions of education, recreation and ecology. The items of different zones are listed below: 1. The planning of main building of Museum of Water Technology(Zone A) (1) The usage of every story, including the demonstration, foods, services, offices and other necessary units. (2) Planning of the full scale physical model of Tanshi River and educational zone. (3) Other spatial distribution plan. 2. The planning of Eco-hydraulic Research and Development Center(Zone B) (1) The layout of Eco-hydraulic Research and Development Center. (2) The organization and operation plan of Eco-hydraulic Research and Development Center. (3) The facility and instruments of Eco-hydraulic Research and Development Center. (4) Other spatial distribution plan. 3. Planning of Outdoor Classroom of Water Education and Eco-recreation Park(Zone C) (1) Planning and evaluation of flood plain and water ways between Show-lan Bridge and Bi-tan Bridge. (2) Planning of Outdoor Classroom of Water Education in the flood plain. (3) Planning of Eco-recreation Park and Outdoor Classroom of Water Education. (4) Planning of experimental constructed wetland. (5) Other feasible plans of this zone. (6) Emergency Response Plan for this zone. Based on the result of planning, Zone C is suggested to be launched first, Zone B is the second, and Zone C is the last because of its complex condition.
