2013-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662907摘要:本計畫將針對目前屠宰場申設與衛生安全管理之相關法規進行分析與評估,以瞭解相關規範之健全性及可行性。藉由國內外文獻與法規之蒐集,以及舉辦座談會及訪談的方式,來瞭解國際現況及專家與民間對於此一議題的想法與意見,進而提出在「畜禽屠宰管理法」中第二章「屠宰場登記與管理」得以改進之具體條文(草案)及相關附屬法規及施行細則。<br> Abstract: This study aims to analyze and investigate if any modifications can be addressed about the regulations related to the slaughter houses establishment and hygiene management. Document collections, seminars, and interviews will be performed to understand the international situation and related issues in the regulations of establishing slaughter houses.
