The CMOS imager captures the image and performs edge processing, and the feature extractor can extract edges with different orientations. Both circuits have been fabricated and their functions experimentally verified.application/pdf38191 bytesapplication/pdfen-USImage processing; Medical image processing; Neural networksCMOS integrated circuits; Computer vision; Edge detection; Feature extraction; Functions; Medical imaging; Neural networks; Semiconductor device manufacture; Neuromorphic vision processing system; Image processingNeuromorphic vision processing systemconference paperhttp://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/2007041910042543/1/00588425.pdf
