詹穎雯Chan, Yin-Wen臺灣大學:土木工程學研究所楊 婕Jie-Yang2010-06-302018-07-092010-06-302018-07-092009U0001-0308200909350900http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/187708隨著智慧財產權意識的高漲，營建產業對於專利的重視亦與日俱增，專利權的保護是目前企業在競爭商場上無形的工具及資產，幫助企業保護自身專利或開發新的技術時可避免侵犯競爭公司的專利權。此外研究人員欲投入新的研究時，可充分利用專利所揭示之資訊，達到縮短研發經費及時間的目的。研究試圖對水泥及摻料之技術進行專利分析，並觀察分析後輸出之資訊。在專利經營面的分析，主要是針對國家別、公司別、申請人…等方面的統計結果。技術面則針對該技術的功效做分類，包括水泥、摻料、廢棄物…等。利用分析結果將專利申請的情況配合營建產業的現況，對整體技術之發展情形做合理的推斷，作為預測未來趨勢的指標，有助於公司的研發策略亦可提供一般研究人員做為參考。With the rising awareness of intellectual property rights, the construction industry has put increasing emphasis on patent as well. Patent protection in current market competition plays as the invisible tools and properties, which help enterprises to protect their own patents or to develop new technology to avoid violating competing company’s patent. In addition, researchers can take full advantage of the information revealed by the patent to shorten the research and development expenditure and the time. This study attempts to apply on the technology of cement and admixture for patent analysis and make an output after observing and analyzing information. The analysis of patent management is mainly aimed at the statistical results on each country, company and applicants. The technical side aims at making classification for the technical effectiveness, including cement, admixture and waste. Utilizing the results of the analysis and match the current situation of construction industry with the patent application can make a reasonable inference on the overall technical development and to be as an indicator to predict the future trends.
