2017-06-122024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/672706摘要：本計畫名為「守護家庭小衛星─培植家庭支持服務資源網絡計畫」訪視輔導方案，預計辦理期間為民國106年五月至十二月。主要目標為現況盤點及需求評估，透過實地觀察訪視六個縣市及其轄內三個小衛星，瞭解小衛星及社區網絡運作的現況、所需資源與支持，以提出政策規劃及服務改善之具體建議；此外，本計畫擬辦理一次分享座談會，以促進參與的地方政府及民間團體研討交流，並提供補充意見以提升本方案政策建議之可行性。<br> Abstract: It is the first year of "Family Satellites, Empowering Family Supports in Community Networks". The policy develops network among local government, family welfare centers, and community organizations that play as satellite supporting children and adolescents in less-well families. This project aims to investigate the general implementation of the new policy and to assess needs of the community agencies and local government. The team will visit six cities or counties, three satellites in each, to collect the data. Face-to-face interview and written records will be the methods. Sampling is mostly based on willingness of the counties and cities involved.
