2014-02-262024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664146摘要:本計畫主要目的在建立區別國產及進口紅豆品種之分子鑑定系統。將篩選SSR 分子標誌及利用於建立我國育成紅豆品種高雄選1號、高雄2號、高雄3號、高雄5號、高雄6號、高雄7號、高雄8號、高雄號9號及高雄10號等之 DNA指紋,做為紅豆品種鑑定之依據。此外,亦將利用SSR分子標誌建立進口紅豆品種或樣品之DNA指紋,做為進口紅豆詳細判別之依據。最後將建立一套可快速區分國產、進口或混雜紅豆商品之DNA鑑定工具,以實際應用在市售紅豆商品鑑定。<br> Abstract: The objective of this project is to develop a molecular identification to distinguish domestic or imported adzuki beans. The polymorphic SSR DNA markers will be screened and used to fingerprint adzuki bean varieties bred in Taiwan, including KSS-1, KS-2, KS-3, KS-5, KS-6, KS-7, KS-8, KS-9 and KS-10. The SSR DNA fingerprints will be used for variety identification. In addition, to inspect imported adzuki beans in the market, foreign varieties or samples will be fingerprinted with SSR DNA markers as well.
