2013-02-072024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/669462摘要:本計畫配合行政院原子能委員會核能研究所之需求,就台灣電力公司核能一~三廠颱風外部事件進行風力危害影響之評估探討。本計畫首先針對各核能電廠廠址既有氣象資料以及鄰近之中央氣象局氣象測站50年(1960~2010年期間)資料,進行收集、比較整理與分析,並就1945~2012年侵臺颱風個案分析核能電廠極端風速發生之颱風中心空間位置特徵,最後以極端值統計發生機率推算理論方法推估廠址之風力危害曲線,做為委託單位進行災害風險評估使用。<br> Abstract: This project supports the program of quantification hazard assessment at the First, Second and Third Nuclear Power Plant by the Institute of Nuclear Energy Research (INER), to study the external incident caused by typhoon hazards. At the beginning, we will collect and compare the long-term hourly meteorological data and the maximum wind speed recorded nearby the plants by Tai-Power Corp. and Central Weather Bureau (1960~2010). The typhoon cases which affected Taiwan significantly from 1945 to 2012 will be reviewed on the relationship between the spatial location of typhoon center and the extreme wind speed at nuclear plants.
