2005-12-282024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660387摘要:農業生物科技園區海豐基地位於屏東縣長治鄉,基地面積約232.98公頃,原為台灣糖業公司所有東海豐農場,大部份為農業用地。但隨著農業生物科技園區之設立所衍生之土地開發,將增加地表洪峰逕流量,並且減少基地原有之天然蓄洪能力,影響區域內排水及河道之負載;同時基地填高之後,亦會影響周邊地區村落及農田等排水功能。因此有必要對園區內外之排水及防洪功能及淹水潛勢作整體性的評估及檢討,以避免因淹水而對園區及周邊地區造成災害。 本計畫利用區域排水模式及二維淹水模式,針對園區基地及附近影響所及之排水問題進行淹水潛勢分析。相關工作內容包括流域基本資料蒐集與分析、根據園區開發前之情況進行模擬分析、園區土地開發後及現有治理措施之淹水潛勢分析,最後將依據洪流分析及淹水潛勢分析成果進行整體評估,並提出相關之治理措施建議。 <br> Abstract: The base of Hai-Feng agricultural biotechnology park lies in the Chang-Jhih township, Ping-Tung county. Its area is about 233 hectares. It was originally owned by the Dong-Hai-Feng farms of the Taiwan Sugar Company. The major area is an agricultural land. Due to the land development for the park, it will increase runoff discharge. After the level of base ground increased by landfill, it will affect drainage capacity in the surrounding areas. It is necessary to evaluate the functions of drainage system and flood control in the park. This plan utilizes the drainage model and two-dimensional inundation model to analyze the flood inundation in the park and surrounding areas. The project includes the basic data to analyze the flood inundation in existing situation and after land development. Finally, base on the simulated of flood inundation potential, the results can provide the overall recommendations for flood protection.農業生物科技園區海豐基地開發工程淹水潛勢評估
