2013-03-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659217摘要：本計劃之主要目的在利用適當化學前處理後之替代性芻料，與國產蛋白質來源搭配。以不同芻料取代率，調配在瘤胃中不同碳水化合物與蛋白質分解速率之飼糧組合。先利用體外發酵法先評估適當之芻料替代率及蛋白質來源組合，再利用乳羊餵飼試驗評估替代性芻料及飼糧組合對羊乳生產與生理指標之影響，以提升國內芻料與副產物資源之實用性。進一步利用此平台，對其他可能之替代性芻料進行體外消化篩選，以用於評估其他農產廢棄物作為替代性芻料之可能潛力。<br> Abstract: Objective of the present study is to find optimal combinations of chemical pretreated alternative forage and domestic protein source for dairy goat feeding. The formulated diets will be evaluated through in vitro fermentation method before feeding. The dairy goat feeding experiment will be examined on milk production and blood physiological parameters. The results could provide guidance for better usage of domestic alternative forage sources and by-products.
