2004-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684263摘要:稻米是人類的主食。由於台灣加入WTO後,開放外國稻米進&#12525;,國內的稻米市場也愈趨多樣化。由於國內、外稻米不同品種的品質差異往住直接影響其市場之區隔性與競爭力,為了維護消費者權益,建立市場之食米品質管制,稻米品種鑑定技術之建立與提昇實屬必要。由於僅憑稻米外觀作為品種鑑定之依據,常易受到環境影響而無法明確鑑定國內、外稻米之差別。是以近年來多以DNA分子標誌作為品種間遺傳組成之鑑定依據。基於目前對食米品種鑑定之廣泛需求,本計畫擬進一步在既有之基礎上發展SCAR(sequence characterized amplify region)及CAPS(Cleaved amplified sequence polymorphism)之新分子標誌方法,提高鑑別之準確性,方便性及有效性。同時本計畫亦將持續擴大建置現有之本國及外國稻米品種DNA指紋資料庫,並期盼配合產學合作尋求試劑之推廣應用及技術轉移,以進一步提昇臺灣市場食米之競爭力。<br> Abstract: Rice is one of major food supply of human being. Recently, after Taiwan became a member of WTO and started the import of foreign rice, the rice cultivars in local Taiwan market tended to be more diversified. The quality variation between foreign and local rice cultivars usually determined their corresponding market values and competition abilities. Therefore, in order to protect the consumers’ interest and establish a quality control system for rice market, it is highly essential to develop and continuously improve the technique for various rice cultivars characterization. In the past, due to the environmental effect, it is not easy to clearly tell the difference between foreign and local rice cultivars just based on morphological appearance. Under this situation, the development of molecular markers is thus widely accepted as a tool for rice cultivars identification. The objective of this study is to further improve the accuracy, convenience and effectiveness of previous rice cultivars characterization methods by developing new molecular markers, including SCAR (sequence characterized amplify region) and CAPS (Cleaved amplified sequence polymorphism). Besides, this study will successively collect and increase the DNA fingerprinting data base of known local and foreign rice cultivars.
