2018-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660992摘要:近年來焦慮、壓力、憂鬱症的人口不斷提升,過去相關研究利用生理與心理指標探討不同類型園藝與森林療育活動,證實自然環境可緩解壓力與焦慮情緒、促進注意力集中、放鬆肌肉、增強空間辨識力等。因此,本計畫之全程計畫目標欲透過實證研究作為基礎,建立農業療育場域之規劃設計,以進一步推廣有益國人身心健康之農業療育環境,包含四個面向:建構農業療育空間實證研究整合資料庫;訂定農業療育空間之設計準則;培養專家研究團隊,促進相關學術研究交流網絡;以及建置農業療育空間之互動實驗平台與健康雲系統,推動實務推廣應用。本年度之計畫目的為:(1)延續106年實驗平台之資料蒐集,嘗試量測其他農業療育相關之感官對於健康效益的影響,並使用穿戴式裝置,協助生理數據之蒐集。(2)建立穿戴式生理儀器之資料蒐集系統,包含數據接收器之測試,以及雲端系統之配合,建構農業療育產業健康雲端系統之基礎。(3)延續106年初擬之專書架構,研擬推廣及應用於農業療育產業之環境規劃設計及案例,完成書圖。本計畫探討農業療育環境與國人之健康效益之關係,以心理問卷、生理回饋儀器與功能性磁振造影儀器深入探討農業療育環境特質對於使用者的生心理影響;此外,健康雲系統之發展除有助於蒐集大樣本之研究數據,也能更精確分析活動時的生理狀態,並提供適當的活動建議。期望整合現地實證研究的結果,與過去相關的設計理論、研究結果,而建立出農業療育環境的設計準則,撰寫成專書有助於推廣至大眾、相關農業療之主管單位與業者,能輔導環境空間的改善。此外,透過本計畫之執行,可培訓生理回饋儀器操作、健康穿戴儀器技術應用、農業療育環境設計等方面之專業人員,建立推廣農業療育產業之專業種子團隊。<br> Abstract: Population with anxiety, pressure and depression increased as the result of changing into modern life style, simultaneously, research using physical and psychological indicators explored different horticultural and forest therapeutic activities and the environments indicated that natural environments and relating activities could improve these conditions. For example, it can release pressure and depression, relax muscle tension, and gain the spatial reorganization ability. As the result, the major aim of this project is to create an agricultural therapy platform, based on related works to help promoting the health benefits for people. The project consists four parts: construct agricultural therapy database and provide an interactive experiment platform; establish design criteria for agricultural environments; develop a professional research group; promote "interactive experiment platform" and “health-cloud system” for agricultural environments. The main purposes of this year is, first, continue the data collection of the interactive experiment platform, furthermore, test experimenting on health benefits other senses and test using portable biofeedback devices to collect physical datum. Second is to build the data collection system of the portable biofeedback device, this will be the basis of health-cloud system; the system includes portable biofeedback device, data receiving hub and the cloud-drive. Third, we will develop the design and planning criteria for agricultural therapeutic landscapes, it will be shown by diagrams and case studies. An important part of this project is a research combining the agricultural therapeutic environments and health benefits. We will use psychological scales, biofeedback instrument and functional magnetic resonance imaging instrument to explore the influences of the agricultural therapeutic environments on human health. With these research result, we are able to create the planning and design criteria. Besides, the health-cloud system, which can contribute to collecting bigger samples and analyzing physical indicators during the activities more precisely; and this makes providing advice on activities possible. We expect wholly the result can be used to promote the concept of agricultural therapeutic landscape to the public and to farm owners, and could lead to some difference of the farm environment in the future.
