2005-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682531摘要:水禽候鳥(尤其是鴨類)被認為是為家禽流行性感冒(AI) 病毒最重要的保毒宿主。但是海鳥(Sea birds)、海岸 鳥(shore birds) 、與輸入之寵物鳥(pet birds)也被發現可為無症狀之帶病毒者 (carriers)。我國自1998年開始持續針對候鳥及雞、鴨、鵝、火雞等養禽場進行高病 原性家禽流行性感冒監測工作,自2002年開始持續針對輸入陸禽、水禽與鳥類進 行高病原性家禽流行性感冒檢測工作。雖然經由持續性與廣泛性之監測已獲得良 好的成績,惟我國對主要家禽與候鳥以外的為數極多的野生留鳥與本地寵物鳥 ,並未有家禽流行性感冒監檢測之資料,因此在本計畫中進一步加以監測,以構築更完整的家禽流行性感冒之監測與預警網。<br> Abstract: Migrating waterfowls, especially ducks, were recognized as the most important reservoir of avian influenza virus (AIV). But sea birds, shore birds and importing pet birds could also be asymptomatic carrier of the avian influenza virus. AIV Surveillance in migrating birds and domestic fowl (including chicken, duck, goose and turkey flocks) have been conducted in Taiwan since 1998. The imported fowls and birds were also having been tested for the AIV since 2002. But there is no information on the AIV status in the non-migrating wild birds and pet birds in Taiwan.
