First, the equivalence principle is used to deduce a generalized network formulation. Then the cavity admittance matrix is obtained from the finite element method, while the radiation admittance matrix is calculated using image theory. Through such a generalized network formulation, we can solve the equivalent magnetic current at the two openings of the slit.
