曾惠斌臺灣大學:土木工程學研究所林坤田Lin, Kun-TienKun-TienLin2007-11-252018-07-092007-11-252018-07-092006http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/50084摘 要 統包工程之優點與功效,已經獲國內外產、官、學界人士一致的肯定,我國的公共工程建設也正逐漸採取此種模式,且比例逐年上升中。 近年來,國內有關統包工程的研究報告為數甚多,但多以業主角度觀察所得;而工程實際執行單位在統包商,且統包工程之責任大多在統包商身上,但可供其參考之資料卻嫌不足。因此,本研究針對統包工程之部分進度管理重點,以統包商角度說明其控管應注意事項。 統包建築工程工種、材料多,施工界面、步驟繁複,且工種作業交替多,其設計、施工複雜性,協調整合困難度,均較其他類型統包工程複雜。因此,本研究以較複雜的統包建築工程為例以探討統包工程,乃希望本研究成果適用於各類型統包工程。 本研究之統包工程進度因素構面,乃以公共工程委員會所彙編統包模式之工程品質與進度管理參考手冊中統包商履約各階段工作項目內容為基礎,並加上進度控管所需增列之部分工程項目及里程碑等彙整而成。問卷調查表之製作則以統包工程進度因素構面之內容為基礎,並利用層級分析法(AHP)及序位法作統計分析,求得影響統包工程各階段進度因素之相對權重及序位,以提供工程界人士執行統包工程進度時之參考,使進度管理能對症下藥、充分掌控,風險降至最低,工程得以如期、如質順利運作,終而獲利。Abstract Several advantages and the efficiency of Design-Build construction have been confirmed by the academia, administration and enterprise. There is a tendency that this construction procurement model will be the main stream in our country gradually. In recent years, lots of literatures related to Design-Build construction were published in Taiwan. Nevertheless, most of them were written from the viewpoint of owner. In fact, the liability of construction execution is primarily depended on the contractor and only few materials about this concern could be referred. For this reason, we would like to investigate the key factor affecting the schedule of Design-Build construction from the viewpoint of contractor in this thesis. Design-Build architectural constructions are more complex than other kind of Design-Build constructions, since there are more materials, working steps and complication of work interfaces. This thesis focuses on Design-Build architectural constructions and hope that it can be employed in all Design-Build constructions. The contents of the work items in this thesis are on the basis of the reference book “Quality and Schedule Management of Design-Build Constructions” edited by Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan. In addition, we have added some work items such as milestone in the thesis; hoping the framework would be more complete so it is more convenient for people to carry out construction schedule control. The questionnaires included in this thesis are based on the factor phase of Design-Build schedule control. Besides, we use AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process)and ranking method to perform statistical analysis so that we can get the relative weight or sequence of the key factors in Design-Build construction schedule control.
