Rupture tends to occur in the second trimester, and results in maternal morbility and mortality. Although the diagnosis prior to rupture is difficult, early detection is essential in avoiding a fatal outcome. An asymptomatic case of pregnancy in the rudimentary horn of a bicornu?ate uterus prior to rupture is presented. This report is to emphasize the important value of sonography for early detection of the prerupture of the rudimentary pregnancy. ? 1994 Japanese Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology[SDGs]SDG3adult; article; case report; ectopic pregnancy; female; human; ultrasound; uterus horn; Adult; Case Report; Female; Human; Pregnancy; Pregnancy Outcome; Pregnancy Trimester, First; Pregnancy, Ectopic; Ultrasonography, Prenatal; Uterine Rupture; UterusUltrasound Diagnosis of Rudimentary Uterine Horn Pregnancy in Fourteen Weeks of Gestation: A Case Reportjournal article10.1111/j.1447-0756.1994.tb00470.x78111942-s2.0-0028024024
