2013-03-112024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681358摘要:為確保石門水庫營運功能、上游集水區水域環境之保育及有效提升其供水能力,保障民眾用水權益,本計畫針對石門水庫上游集水區經風災整治後,遴選受損且具重要性的環境型指標生物,透過移地復育補償之,並推動在地民眾親自參與,協同進行溪流生態監測及移地復育試驗,另尋找一合適溪流進行微棲地營造規劃與試驗。本計畫規劃湳仔溝溪百吉社區、雪霧鬧溪雪霧鬧社區、玉峰溪馬里光社區和白石溪秀巒社區的四個「生態保育及環境教育工作坊」,以社區總體營造,由下而上與民眾親自參與討論及執行的操作方式,引發在地民眾熱誠,以進一步持續深化監測與生態保育治理。<br> Abstract: In order to ensure the operational functions of the Shimen Reservoir, upstream watershed conservation and effective to upgrade its water supply capacity to protect the interests of the public water, the environmental indicator species in the ecological attenuation streams will be ex-situ restoration and compensation through local resident conservation workshops involved in Shihmen Reservoir watershed. Besides, a planning and testing of stream microhabitat rebuilding is also carried out in a suitable stream sector. Four workshops about ecological conservation and environmental education will be planned and created for the Baiji community beside Nanzai Stream, the XueWuNao community beside XueWuNao Stream, MaliKon community beside YuFong Stream and SiouLuan community beside BaShi Stream, respectively.
